       Investigate and analyze the social relationships among employees


           in group.


       6 women in 1 room in the telephone assembly line.


       These women are observed for a long duration of time.


       Made 12 changes to the working environment such as duration

           resting time and payment of wages and incentives.


       Study conduct based on assumption incentive system for

           teamwork influences employee production.


              If one group worked harder, output produced will be higher,

                   as result, employees will receive higher wages and incentives


              Group members will give pressure to each other to work

                   harder to obtain higher wages
