PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
During the Validation process, the group of individuals worked closely with one
another through difficult situations to achieve their goal.

The team members worked tirelessly for long hours through extreme late August
temperatures outside at the CL1 Loading station while carrying heavy equipment.

The team was asked to work long hours to complete their task, including outside
their scheduled hours. They traveled back and forth from Lippman Campus to
Wooster for extended periods and on short notice.

The Team kept their composure when times got tough and problems arose. During
the first Cleaning Validation using Safewater Sanitizer the process failed. They
went on to use Safewater Cleaner and Sanitizer, which then failed as well. With a
Production deadline looming close at hand, modifications were made quickly to the
cleaning process. The process included reverting the cleaning solution from the
pump back into the building to re-circulate the cleaner. This allowed the use of
Safewater Cleaner and Sanitizer to pass the Cleaning Validations needed in order
to start Production on CL1.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
The group worked together in synchrony with a can do attitude to accomplish the
goal of validating the equipment. They drove themselves to succeed without any
outside influence, and overcame obstacles.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
By working as a dedicated unit, the Validation process was completed on time to
allow for Finished Goods production from CL1 on Sept 6th 2017.
