PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Everyday this team has new people coming to the line. Some of them have no idea
how the RB1 runs. This team takes the time to show the new personnel how the
RB1 line runs and why we run the way we do. The contributions this team does for
the company is unmatched. This team will stay over, come in early, and do what
ever it takes to get a quality product out the door.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

The language barrier is very hard to deal with. This team welcomes the challenge
everyday. The RB1 team is one of the best teams to deal with this situation. I
believe the behavior of this team is dealing with tough situations is outstanding.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
With some platforms we on RB1 will need upwards of 22-29 people to run the line.
With the said , this RB1 team works closely with other personnel from other lines,
that might not be use to or never ran on the RB1 line before. RB1 team works
closely with the internationals (light assembly crew). With the language barrier, it is
a challenge very day. This team works with and trains the other workers, temps,
hire-in, and the internationals, on a daily basis.
