Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Mike came into the organization with some unique skills and experience that was fully utilized in this project.
Building on this skill set, Mike worked closely with State, Federal, Railroad, and Local officials to first
understand all the pertinent regulations and then to develop solutions to address all the requirements.
By leading the technical implementation of this project, Mike has enabled GOJO to new receive rail car delivery
of our major raw material and opens to possibility to receive other goods in the future.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Mike was laser focused on making this project successful, even was unexpected obstacles developed during
implementation. When those issues arose, Mike fully understood the nature of the issue and then found
creative ways to address the issue that kept the project on time and on budget.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Rail car unloading system successfully offloaded ethanol in November.
