                     Area Manager (Dubai)
                     GI/J&J Consumer Division

Growth estimates and forecasts have been revised downwards by many of the region’s leading companies, but GI/J&J dedicated team is very
positive and optimistic to deliver 2019 budgets as set at start of year. Q3 was quiet challenging due to various factors such as fluctuating financial
dynamics, summer vacations, Eid events where most families left for home countries. However, Dubai team managed to grow Q3 at 5.12%
excluding wholesale Business, which is indeed a great achievement and reflection of team dedication and hard work. The Dubai region’s
contribution for GI/J&J UAE business has increased to 54.51% at the closure of Q3.

Customized activations across the modern trade channel and successful implementation of Baby mega restage steals the region’s growth which
also contributes 70% of our Business. Lead customers of General Trade are also growing while we are facing challenges in B class customers and
Gift Shops due to financial constraints such cash flow, less off take and cost of doing business which is relatively high. The focus in general trade is
entirely going on basics which includes increase in distribution, availability as per MSL, presence of NPI’s. Team managed to open 134 new stores
adding value of 2.2M at the end of Q3. We are consecutively declining in wholesale business which is as per plan to reduce dependency of
wholesale business due to cost efficiency point of view.

GI/J&J dedicated team is very efficient in managing current challenges of market which are price war, saturated categories, less off take, cash flow
issues, higher demand on investment. Team is very positive and optimistic to close year on positive note and workable strategies has been put in
place as per market demand and current challenges.

Last but not the least, it gives me immense pleasure to be associated with an organization blessed with dynamic and talented people who are
creating success stories year after year. Heartfelt thanks to GI/J&J management for their continuous support at all times. Special thanks and
gratitude to Mr. Sameer for empowering us to take business decisions in such crucial economic situation. At the end, I wish all the best to entire
GI/J&J team for closure of 2019.

Area Manager (Sharjah, Ajman & Northern Emirates)
                     GI/J&J Consumer Division

I would like to thank everybody for the support extended in J&J business. The market situation is tough at the same time we are blessed with
magnificent team we are very positive to achieve our year end objectives of 2019.

As we always mentioned the moral of the team is being best in class was evident from Sharjah team delivering 4.19% YTD growth 2019 and
contributing 18.9% of the overall country’s J&J sales. We had successfully executed activation, events with lead customers of Sharjah, Ajman &
Northern Emirates region such as (Sharjah Cooperative Society, Safeer Group, Nesto & RAK National).

We are facing major challenges in MT where retailer’s demands are increasing in terms of investment. GT having cash flow issues and resulting in
stop supply. With all these odds we have increased distribution with YTD 2019 by 167 new customers and managed incremental sale of 2.1M and
NPI added value of 2.6M those are having major share of growth in Sharjah, Ajman & Northern Emirates.

Lastly I would like to say GI/JNJ has great team with strong people having trust, respect and understanding for each other, we will keep the
momentum rolling and achieve many milestones in years to come. My heartfelt thanks to management of Gulf international, Albatha and
Johnson & Johnson for their continuous support.
