Ideas for action
A person scoring high in Free flowing / Organized is potentially more sensitive
to confirmation bias, availability bias and groupthink bias. The reasons are
the same for all three, in that a tendency to be free-flowing and move quickly
from one topic to another may prevent the conscious objective pause and self-
questioning that is required to mitigate the effects of our subconscious biases.
A low scoring person may be susceptible to self-serving bias, attributing
undue weight to being “organized” when other factors may be equally or more
significant.
