Retirement 401K Plan
Provided by John Hancock
P&A’s 401K Retirement Plan has been adopted to provide you with the opportunity to
save for retirement on a tax-advantaged basis and to provide additional income for
retirement. You are eligible to enroll and contribute to your 403(b) plan upon date of
hire. The Plan provides for discretionary matching contributions on salary deferral
contributions in an amount to be determined by P&A. This Summary Plan Description
contains valuable information regarding the specific details of the Plan. The Summary
Plan Description is available to all employees; please see your HR representative.
Vacation Time
Vacation time is available for regular full-time employees. Please refer to the Employee
Handbook for the actual accrual schedule.
Bereavement Leave
Up to 3 days leave with pay for the death of an immediate family member is offered to all
regular employees working 30 or more hours per week. Please refer to the Employee
Handbook for additional information.
