The Lawson Academy employees are required to execute the Non-Disclosure, Non-Compete
Agreement. This establishes a commitment by the employee to work not attempt to take resources,

operating a business similar in nature to The Lawson Academy or WALIPP.

               Performance Appraisals

Teachers will be appraised on the new evaluation system, known as the Texas Teacher Evaluation
and Support System (T-TESS) and other professional assessment tools as presented. The Texas
Education Agency has developed an appraisal system that focuses on continual teacher
effectiveness and best practicies in the instructional setting. The T-TESS system builds upon the
excellent work of Texas teachers and promotes continued professional improvement and
               collaboration.

Evaluations also consist of other performances outside of the classroom, such as cooperating with
other staff, outside supervision of students, promptness in meetings, assignments, attendance,
classroom mangement, etc. Evaluations will be conducted in a constructive, candid, fair and
