Optional Service 01: Construction Cost Estimating
In the event that Lindenwold Fire Department
prefers to engage a cost estimating firm to provide
budgetary estimates in lieu of Bernardon engaging a
respected General Contractor, Bernardon will engage a
construction cost consulting firm to provide a statement
of probable construction cost at the conclusion of the
Schematic Design and Design Development phases for
the scope of civil, architectural, structural, mechanical,
plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.

Optional Service 02: Exterior Pad-Mounted
Emergency Generator
Engineering services to perform emergency load
calculations and to estimate emergency/standby
generator size based on owner’s/client’s emergency
load requirements. Provide designs for an exterior
pad-mounted emergency generator, automatic
transfer switches, electrical single line riser diagram,
and specifications. Excludes interior generator
designs, ventilation systems, vent piping system, and
combustion air which can be provided as additional
services.

Optional Service 03: Survey and Site Engineering
Bohler Engineering will provide survey and site
engineering services in accordance with their proposal
attached hereto as Exhibit A. Optional Service 05: Geotechnical Investigation
