calculations, and information necessary to complete the forms for submission to the county
planning board.
B. Completion and submission of a Soil Erosion/Sediment Control Plan Application – This
phase includes the completion of the application forms, calculations, design, engineer’s report,
correspondence, and submission to the county soil conservation district toward certification of
the Soil Erosion/Sediment Control Plan. As previously discussed, this will be utilized for soil
stabilization during the construction process and will govern the activities of the site during this
period.
C. Completion and submission of a Request for Authorization (RFA) Form in accordance with
NJPDES General Permit for stormwater discharge associated with construction activity. This
application and notification is required for construction of sites greater than one (1) acre and will
be completed in coordination with the county soil conservation district certification.
D. Sanitary Sewer and Water Connection Applications – This phase will include preparation of
the municipality-required application forms, calculations, correspondence, mailings, follow-up
with local sewer and water agencies, preparation of engineer’s reports, and Project
Specifications. Preparation of surveyed as-builts is not included.
E. Assistance toward preparation of County Planning Board Application – This phase will include
providing your office and attorney with the appropriate documents, calculations, and information
necessary to complete the forms for submission to the county planning board.
PHASE 2C – Project Management and Project Meetings:
This phase shall include the requested project management efforts of Bohler Engineering, inclusive
of miscellaneous client correspondence, conference calls, strategy discussions, and coordination with
attorney, architect, and other team members as necessary. Such services will be provided on a time and
material basis in accordance with our rate schedule. Meetings with the project team and/or jurisdictional
agencies, when requested, will be provided as needed on a time and material basis and will be charged
portal to portal.
PHASE 2D – Public Hearing:
This phase includes our attendance, and presentation of the project, at a municipal board hearing.
Attendance of evening hearings will be charged on a time and material basis, or $750 minimum, per
professional, per evening, plus preparation time. (Preparation time shall include, but is not limited to: review
of transcripts, review of reports by the Board’s professionals, review of renderings/exhibits, review and
discussion of possible plan changes to address Board’s/Board’s professionals’ comments, review of notes
from prior hearings, consultation with the project team, review of testimony with the project engineer, etc.)
Meetings held during the day, including pre-hearing meetings, will be invoiced on a time and material basis
in accordance with our rate schedule.
PHASE 2E – Renderings and Exhibit Preparation:
A color version of the project site plan will be provided for use as an illustration before the Board
and to enhance clarity during testimony. In addition, an existing condition Aerial Exhibit plan will be prepared
to describe the existing site conditions.
