               PHASE 2F – Revisions and Post-Approval Administration:

Revisions are often required based on comments and requirements of the various agencies or your
office, upon your prior approval, additional revision fees will be billed hourly in accordance with our hourly
fee schedule. These revisions are often disclosed as a result of the first hearing, or receipt of jurisdictional
agency comments. The revision fees can range from a few thousand dollars (minor Site Plan comments)
to several thousand dollars, depending on the magnitude of the revisions required. It has been our
experience in New Jersey that, due to the sensitive zoning nature of most projects, a revision fee of a few
               thousand dollars can be expected.

               Phase 3 – Construction Documents

This phase will include the preparation of Construction Documents for bidding and final coordination with
the project Architect for preparation of the construction ready documents.

                       A. Construction Document Preparation – Upon receiving final site plan approval and prior to
construction, the site plans will be enhanced with additional topographic information and
thoroughly reviewed for compliance with architectural elevations and floor plans and
embellished with additional contractor directives to assist in clarifying construction
responsibilities. The construction plans will then be comprehensive of the information
necessary for submittal to contractors for preliminary bid requests. Typically, construction
plans submitted for final bid would be accompanied by project specifications. These can be
prepared upon request but are not included as part of this project phase.

                       B. Construction Trailer Plan – Our office will assist in the preparation of necessary applications
and the Construction Trailer Plan to be submitted to the municipality for approval. This plan
will be prepared in AutoCAD format based on information provided to our office by the
contractor identifying the desired location of said trailer. Upon receipt of the approved location,
the necessary documents will be forwarded to the municipality for approval.

                       C. Construction Bonding Estimates – Within this phase, Bohler Engineering proposes to
prepare a construction bonding estimate, or “Opinion of Probable Cost” calculations, for use by
the client for performance guarantee and escrow determination with the municipality. Should
detailed construction cost estimates be required, a supplemental contract can be provided.
