Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Agreement for Professional Services of Bernardon (Terms and Conditions)
are included herein and are part of this proposal. Federal Realty Investment Trust will provide
their standard contract for Professional Services. Upon execution, this proposal for Interior Design
services will become an Exhibit to their contract.
Reimbursable expenses (such as permits, prints, additional consultants, overnight deliveries, travel,
etc.) are not included as part of our professional fees and will be invoiced based upon actual costs
expended times a multiplier of 1.10. Mileage will be charged in accordance with the standard IRS
rate.
Additional Services can be performed for a mutually agreed upon fixed fee or on an hourly basis in
accordance with our hourly rates noted in our Terms and Conditions.

Bernardon is authorized to proceed with Basic Services.
