■ Design and select artwork imagery and
framing techniques.
■ We anticipate two to three (2 -3) meetings
during this phase.
■ Provide specifications for procurement of
FF&E package.
■ Shop drawing review for custom FF&E items.
■ Punch walk after FF&E install.
Model Unit FF&E Selection And Specification
Bernardon Interior Design team understands
that the project will likely require two (2)
apartments to serve as Model Units. The
interior finishes for Model Units will match the
standard apartment finishes, including flooring,
wall finishes, decorative lighting, cabinetry,
countertops, and hardware.
