ADDITIONAL SERVICES - FF&E PROCUREMENT
BY BERNARDON PROCURES

Bernardon believes the most successful approach
to Interior Design provides a holistic view of
the multi-faceted FF&E procurement process.
Our Interior Designers and Bernardon Procures
team will collaborate to deliver a completed
and finished project. Bernardon will present an
itemized FF&E Procurement Proposal, which
includes ordering, invoice management, tracking,
warehousing, delivery, trash removal, and punch
list. When Bernardon Procures is involved, the
need for clients to track orders, handle accounts
payable, manage deliveries, perform inspections,
coordinate furniture placement, etc., are
eliminated.

Upon completion and approval of the FF&E
design specifications, Bernardon Procures, at the
owner’s request, will offer the following FF&E
procurement services:

■ Provide itemized FF&E Procurement Proposal.
All pricing provided by Bernardon Procures
will ensure the inclusion of exclusive trade
discounts.
■ Manage the procurement process of FF&E
with project construction schedule and
phasing.
■ Order and process FF&E items as specified by
the Interior Design team.
■ Receipt and warehousing of said FF&E items.
■ Delivery, installation, and on-site placement
of FF&E items.
■ Final punch list for FF&E.
