Compensation
Bernardon Interior Design team proposes to provide the Basic Services outlined above based
on the following fee schedule:
Phase I: Schematic Design $ 34,000.00
Phase II: Design Development $ 55,000.00
Phase III: Construction Documents $ 80,500.00
Phase IV: Bidding & Construction Administration $ 60,000.00
Phase V: FF&E Selection & Specification $ 64,000.00
TOTAL INTERIOR DESIGN BASIC SERVICES: $293,500.00
Additional Services and Exclusions
Our services are limited to the scope of Basic Services described above. If the scope of
the project or our services changes, we reserve the right to invoice for Additional Services.
Examples of Additional Services include but is not limited to:
■ FF&E Procurement by Bernardon Procures;
■ Making revisions to previously approved drawings;
■ Attending meetings and/or construction inspections over those noted herein;
■ Value engineering exercises;
■ Preparing marketing materials and lease documents inclusive of marketing-level, photo-
realistic renderings;
■ Coordination for LEED certification beyond LEED Gold;
■ Exterior Lighting Design; and
■ FF&E Selections for the exterior amenities.
The following are excluded from the scope of Basic Services:
■ Exterior design and finish selection;
■ Construction cost estimating and bidding;
■ Interior and exterior signage other than basis of design for unit entry signage; and
■ Security system, CCTV, Access Control, and voice and data systems design and
documentation.
