management practices of school managers along planning, organizing, directing, controlling,
and evaluating, the significant difference between the level of human resource management
practices across their profile variables, and the significant relationship between the level of
human resource management practices of school managers and their profile variables.
The descriptive-correlation method of research was employed and the questionnaire
checklist was used in gathering data. To address the problems in this study, the statistical
measures were used for data analysis and interpretations The frequency counts, percentage,
average weighted means and the analysis of variance and the Pearson product moment of
             coefficient correlations were used.
Based on the analysis and interpretation of data, the following findings are drawn:
the youngest of the school managers is 31 years old and the oldest is 60 years and above,
largely women dominated, with bachelors degree being the least educational attainment, while
doctoral degree is the highest, some have not at all attended trainings in all levels while some
attended trainings in all levels; the level of human resource management practices of school
managers along planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating is highly practiced
as indicated by each functions, the school managers significantly differ in their level of human
resource management practices when grouped according to their profile variables such as sex
and civil status whereas when grouped according to age, highest educational attainment, years
of experience as a school manager and number of relevant in-service trainings, they do not
differ in their level of human resource management practices at certain times and at certain
situations but there are times and cases when they are not on the other hand comparable; the
school managers level of human resource management practices is not affected by their profile
             variables.
On the basis of the findings and conclusions, the following are the recommendations:
the school managers should take their own initiative to pursue the highest educational
attainment and undergo professional upgrading through trainings and seminar workshop; the
school managers should maintain their high level practice in their human resource management
functions at all times; the school managers should aspire for excellent performance by being
adaptive, innovative and transformative; more appropriate and relevant variables should be
explored to better determine the level of practice of school managers in their human resource
management functions and further research should be conducted to determine the level of
practice of school managers in human resource management functions from another perspective.
