officials and community people 3) the school managers extent of participation in community
development projects is not affected by their profile variables. 4) the most pressing problems
encountered by the school managers in community development projects should be given the
highest priority to be addressed.
The following are the recommendations of the study based on the findings and
conclusions: 1) the school managers should pursue the highest educational degree and undergo
professional upgrading through trainings and seminar workshops 2) coordinate with the barangay
council officials in order that they can fully participate in community development projects 3)
aspire for excellent performance in the community development projects 4) an orientation
seminar workshop or moral recovery program.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS

This study determined the classroom management practices of kindergarten teachers
of Pozorrubio District I, Pangasinan Division II, SY 2013 – 2014. Specifically, it looked into the
following 1) profile of the kindergarten teachers in terms of age, sex, civil status, number of
years as kindergarten teachers, highest educational attainment and the number of relevant
trainings attended 2) level of classroom management practices of the kindergarten teachers 3)
significant difference between the level of classroom management practices across their profile
variables and 4) significant relationships between the level of classroom management practices
and their profile variables.
On the other hand, the following null hypotheses were tested at the .05 level of
significance: 1) There is no significant difference between the level of classroom management
practices of kindergarten teachers across their profile variables 2) There is no significant
relationships between the level of classroom management practices of kindergarten teachers
and their profile variables. As regards the subjects of the study, it consisted of 35 kindergarten
teachers of Pozorrubio District I. As to the method of research, the descriptive method was
employed. The data gathering instrument used was the questionnaire-checklist.
Based on the treatment and thorough analysis of the data, the findings are as follows:
1) Majority of the kindergarten teachers belong to age bracket 21-30 years old, females, married,
have earned their masteral units, have 3 years and below teaching in the kindergarten and have
attended 1-3 number of relevant trainings 2) the level of classroom management practices of
kindergarten teachers had a grand over-all weighted mean of 4.24 denoting a descriptive rating
of “Practiced” 3) there’s no significant difference between the level of classroom management
practices of the kindergarten teachers across their profile variables.
Based on the results of the findings, the researcher arrived at the following conclusions:
1) the kindergarten teachers of Pozorrubio, District I are young, educationally qualified and with
relevant trainings in the kindergarten 2) the kindergarten teachers of Pozorrubio District I often
