of 3.96. 3) The null hypothesis of no significant relationship in the teacher’s level of instructional
skills I Reading across the profile variable is accepted. 4) A proposed program to enhance the
teaching skills in Reading was developed.

1) The profile of the respondents teachers is adequately enough that qualify them to be teachers
in Reading. 2) The teacher respondents are still wanting of enhancing and upgrading their level
of instructional skills in Reading being one level lower to the highest level of using instructional
skills 3) The teachers are comparable in their level of instructional skill in Reading and 4) the
proposed program for enhancement of instructional skills of teachers in Reading is developed to
further enhance pupils reading performance.
In the light of findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are hereby
presented 1) all concerned teachers will be encouraged to finish their Masteral and Doctoral
