At around 12.30 PM, there was a delicious lunch
spread that re-booted the participants and the ever
cheering teammates with the energy to SURGE
AHEAD!
Lunch was followed by the prize-distribution cere-
mony, again done in Olympics style and was a
treat to watch!

The tournament was conducted in Pune on the 6
of October and was nothing short of spectacular!

• 100M Dash (Men & Women)
• 4X100M Relay (Men & Women)

• Shotput (Men & Women)
• Discus Throw (Men & Women)

The event began at 10.30 AM to a packed audi-
ence bubbling with energy and effervescence!
Our super-cool VP, Thomas George addressed
the gathering with an inspirational speech, setting
the tone for the rest of the day
Following which, we had an Olympic style torch-
lighting ceremony which involved the team cap-
tains and the committee representatives rally
around the ground along with Thomas who lit the
SPORTIVO 2017 torch and declared the event
open!
