Question: Several amendments were made to our registration data but on finding out the cost
involved it was decided not to forward the amendment. The system is not allowing me to
complete the SBA data capture for the candidates that had changes made. What should I do?
Answer: Once you make an amendment, you need to forward that amendment to the
Ministry. But before sending the amendment to the Ministry, you need to ensure that you
have reverted to the original registration. Kindly get the Local Registrar to send an e-mail to
CXC with a request to ignore the amendment(s) sent previously. Once the original registration
stands, a charge will not be imposed.
Question: Can I recall the file with the SBA scores?
Answer: No. If you wish to make amendments to scores already submitted to the Ministry,
the file may be rejected by the Ministry if it was not submitted to CXC. If it was forwarded to
CXC, CXC should be asked to reject the file.
Question: Is there a cost for making amendments to SBA scores already exported to CXC?
Answer: Yes. The cost is BDS$50 per candidate per subject.
Question: Is there a cost of submitting late SBA scores?
Answer: Yes, the cost is BDS$50 per candidate per subject.
