Question: My centre has completed the SBA data capture for all the subjects and has
forwarded the data file to the Ministry. Should the centre generate the SBA Confirmation
Report at this time?

Answer: No. The SBA Confirmation Report should be generated AFTER CXC has posted in
the ORS the report called the CXC Final SBA Score. The CXC Final SBA Scores report should be
compared to the SBA scores at the centre before the SBA Confirmation Report is generated and
completed.

Question: One of the teachers at the school has not completed the SBA data input for his
subject. Can I forward the SBA for all the other subjects?

Answer: No. The ORS only accepts the submission of scores for all subjects at the same
time.

Question: When I went to key the SBA marks for the candidates for Home Economics:
Management, Profiles 1 and 2 were greyed out and only Profile 3 active. How do I get to key
the marks in Profiles 1 and 2?

Answer: You would not be able to input marks into any profile field that has been greyed
out. Some subjects do not require scores for all of the profiles shown on the screen.
