Question: When registering candidates, must I select an option for each subject?
Answer: Yes. You must select from SBA, Resit, Alternative, or Transfer, depending on the
level (CCSLC, CSEC, CAPE) or the institution (fulltime or private).

Question: Why is the system only allowing me to enter the SBA option for the candidate?
Answer: If the candidate is New and at a school or full time centre, only the SBA option may
be available. If there is a Re-sit option, the candidate might not be eligible to Re-sit the subject;
if the candidate is eligible to register as a Re-sit, the candidate's previous registration records
might not have been selected at the time of registration.

Question: I recalled the registration file from the Ministry to add a candidate. Should I Re-
sequence or Append to generate a sequence number for the candidate?
Answer: You should append. Once you have forwarded the original data file to the Ministry,
the append function should be used.

Question: When I make an amendment or late entry, the system shows $0. Do I have to pay
for the amendment or late entry?
Answer: Yes you must pay for it. If the Admin did not set up the Fees Maintenance Table for
the centre, amendments and late entries in the ORS will be shown as $0. When the table has
been set up, the actual cost of the amendment/late entry would be shown.
