Drop the Dutiful and Dare to live from your Own Values.

Whose empire have you been building? Has it been your own? If so:
congratulations! If not… it’s not too late. Your life belongs to you after all, and
you can roll up your sleeves and lay claim to the rest of it, starting NOW.

Maybe life has been about doing your duty as daughter, wife, partner,
employee, or mother.
But it’s your time now, and you know it. Life has been so busy filled up with doing
what had to be done, and there was no breathing space to really reflect on
your values, and weigh up your habits and how you were spending your time,
sometimes at the expense of what you REALLY valued.

Or maybe you don’t even know what you really value, as you’ve never taken the
time to connect into your values on a deeper level. And we’re talking about
YOUR values, not the SHOULD surface level social nicety values ingrained into
you from outside influences.
