              I've been on several committees for the City for different programs, including, the City uses a system
              for the recording of official records. We, the City, was considering going to an electronic time keeping
              system. We evaluated and attended presentations.

              your role was in those examples. Can you provide an example of when you have had to research a
              regulatory item and present your findings to the Board?
