         Overall: Hong is looking to get back to the place where her library career began.  She is currently
                 serving the Senior Librarian role in Colorado.  Her energy and enthusiasm for the role reflect
                 her desire.  She does come across as a bit junior for the management role.  Hong doesn't
                 have much experience with implementing techological solutions or budget management.
                 Her educational background is in Information Architecture and she can easily makeup
                 ground on what she lacks in experience.  One major example of that is that she takes the
                 lead when there are new systems and software to learn and she then trains her team and
                 supervisors.  She also takes pride in her customer service role by being active in interacting
                 with the community.  I defer to the hiring team about bringing her in for a panel interview.
