             million in restricted trust accounts.  Also, directed $98 million Debt Management operations for public assistance and welfare
             debts, federal and state tax intercepts, wage garnishments, and property and asset liens.

          •   Represented the Agency as chief budget representative with the Board of Supervisors, state agencies, federal agencies, labor
             organizations, external associations, and advocacy and community groups.  Directed financial and accounting operations
             including developing and administering budget policies and strategies to maximize county, state, and federal funding, State
             Realignment Sales Tax and Vehicle License Fees revenue, and restricted grants.

          •   Directed operations of 112 financial, accounting, expense reimbursement and revenue recovery, debt collections, and budgeting
             professionals.  Lead Budget Development and Administration, Revenue and Cash Management, Position Control & Cost
             Allocation, Financial Planning and Forecasting, General Accounting, Debt Management & Collections, Welfare Benefits
             Issuance, In-Home Supportive Services Finance, Child Welfare and Adoptions Assistance Wraparound Reinvestment Funds,
             CalWORKs Subsidized Employment and Payroll Services, Financial Systems Integrity, and Regulatory Mandated Financial &
             Statistical Reporting.  Directed Probate Code and Superior Court mandated Public Administrator Guardian Conservator
             accounting operations including Court Accounting, Funds and Bank Account Management, Provider & Vendor Purchasing,
             Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Services.

          •   Served as County Deputy Controller responsible for planning and directing $916 million cash management and fund accounting
             operations, and Agency banking operations for more than 2400 trust accounts ($46 million) for foster children, estates,
             conservatorships, donations, grants, and other restricted accounts.  Responsibilities included maintaining internal controls to
             ensure financial integrity of state, federal and county public funds and clients’ personal cash assets from private retirement
             sources, and clients’ personal assets.

          •   Served as fiscal agent for the State Controller’s Office and 58 Counties, managing accounting and financial oversight of state
             sales tax revenue for 2011 Realignment Contract Services for the State Controller’s Office for sales tax apportionments and
             distributions.
          •   Directed planning and integration of financial systems integrity for accounting, banking and budgeting systems, specialized trust
             accounting systems, welfare benefit issuance systems, case management financial systems, state revenue from sales tax and
