Overall: Was budget manager for the State Water Board - moved to San Francisco where he was
budget manager and worked his way up to a Director of Administration in the Planning
division, still overseeing budget. Acknowledged that this role would be a step down in
responsibility, but is okay with that ida.
Low energy. Was a little self-conscious in responses, like unsure of himself. But generally
