          •   Negotiated labor contracts for 24-hour Teamsters warehouse and distribution operations for hospitals, clinics, medical offices

             interpreted federal, state, and county laws and regulations, and developed and implemented policies, procedures, and
             performance metrics to achieve compliance and consistent practice integration.

          •   Managed Regional Cross Functional Teams responsible for developing and implementing financial and audit corrective action.
             Planned and directed supplier sourcing for medical and non-medical products, supplies, and equipment; developed and released
             RFPs, reviewed and analyzed RFP responses; negotiated contracts and evaluated vendor performance.  Consulted with
             procurement departments and prime contractors and vendors across the organization to revise general contract terms and
             conditions, procedures, and supplier sourcing and selection criteria to meet regulatory requirements.

          •   Managed vendor EEO discrimination complaint and investigation processes related to discriminatory contracting practices,
             developed recommended solutions and corrective action plans, and prepared documentation for submittal to regulatory agencies
             and external organizations.
