Deliverable 7. Presentation of Recommended Candidates
When the screening process is complete, we will prepare K&A Recruiting’s Applicant
Materials Binder, which contains candidate recommendations, visually rich reports,
and a summary of the candidate pool and pipeline.
Our team will submit for review concise written analysis of the applicant pool and
recommendations of between six (6) and twelve (12) candidates to consider for on-
Phase 3:Interview Process site interviews. Our recommendations will include all relevant documents submitted
by the applicants, such as application forms, cover letters, résumés, and any addi-
tional information the applicants have provided.
We base our assessment on both the candidate’s qualifications and the knowledge of
the agency’s preferences and culture.
Deliverable 8. Coordination of, and Participation in, Applicant Interviews
Working with the City, K&A Recruiting will develop a set of critical questions that
will help analyze candidates’ qualifications and management/work style. Our firm
will provide oversight during the interview process and guide a focused discussion
among interview panel members. Our modern approach to interview facilitation en-
sures the most qualified candidates for final consideration.
Digital Applicant Materials Binder On-Site Interview Binders Interviews Interview questions will be designed to elicit information, not only about each can-
didate’s technical skills and experience but also their leadership skills, adaptability,
