RECRUITMENT PROPOSAL













       Deliverable 10.  Background and Professional Reference Checks



       Where  legal  requirements  allow,  K&A  will  conduct  extensive  reference  and  back-
       ground checks for the final candidate(s) compliant with California POST, meeting all
       of California’s extensive reporting requirements.  We will partner with an investiga-
 Phase 4: Conclusion  tor who will also conduct an on-site visit to the candidate’s current or most recent
       places of employment to review personnel records and interview individuals associ-
       ated with the selected candidate. The investigator will also speak with professional
       references provided by the candidate, and those obtained by the investigator.


       Deliverable 10.  Negotiation of Terms and Conditions of Employment


       If desired, our firm is available to assist in the negotiations of the final terms and

       conditions of employment, such as the compensation package, benefits, and other
       “perks” (perquisites).


       Deliverable 11.  Maintenance of All Required Legal Documentation


       We are responsible for ensuring compliance with and establishing and maintaining
       all legally mandated documentation throughout the process. We will provide a writ-

       Deliverable 12.  Post-Employment Support


       In addition to the steps of the process leading to an offer of employment to the top
       candidate, we are committed to ensuring that the new incumbent’s transition into
       the position will be smooth and successful.  Our team sends formal requests for feed-
       back using K&A’s Placement Evaluation Forms at the six-month and one-year anniver-
       saries of the new hire’s employment commencement date to document and ensure
       the success of the new employee.
