Jerome

Jerome was born in Nome.

"Til seven, 'twas Heaven,

But he left Alaska

For the state of Nebraska,

Then later on to Rome.
And this is where he is today

Living with his wife, sweet Kay.

Their house is a plush first-class home

With a blue tinted plexiglass dome

In which they grow plants in loam

Their car is a spiffy Jaguar –

It’s a coupe, with shining, sparkling chrome,

With which they like to roam

But their real joy is to read a tome

Containing either novel or poem

Such as this silly one, "Jerome"
