PHONICS
Grade Level: Pre-School
Prerequisite: Familiarity with Phonics Charts.
Knowledge Acquired: Phonetic Makeup of the English Language.
Objective: To read various words on the front of the virtual deck of the 360 cards. (The deck
systematically covers the all the roots of the English language, going from the short
a, to the long a, then through 18 more classifications.)
How to Play: Depending on the teacher’s discretion, players read the front of one or more cards per turn.

Scoring: For every correct attempt, students get one point.
