However, there are ways to solve this addiction, and lead the children

towards a better future. Firstly, the parents could put a limit on the

amount of time they can play video games a day. If the parents actually

pay attention to what their children are doing, they will be able to focus

on school more instead of video games. Secondly, the parents could

engage them in other fun activities, such as playing sports, reading books,

or even painting.

It is more beneficial for the parents to participate with them, as this will

strengthen the family bond as well as develop their social skills. By trying

new things, the children may become more interested in other activities

over video games. In the end, it is mainly the parents’ responsibility to

lead their children to the right path.
