B﹒知道怎麼使用陰道塞劑嗎？要在睡前使用，使用前先用肥皂及清水
充份洗淨雙手、平躺、雙腿彎曲，將塞劑放入陰道內約一食指深。
Do you know how to use vaginal suppositories? Use them
before going to bed. First wash your hands with soap. Lie
down on your back, bend your legs, and put the vaginal
suppository into your vagina about one index fi nger deep.

B﹒塞劑放入陰道後，請儘量避免走動以免塞劑掉出，隔天早上藥物會
溶化從陰道流出，可先放一護墊保持乾淨。
After putting the vaginal suppository in your vagina, try to
avoid walking. This will prevent the vaginal suppository
from falling from your vagina. The next morning, the drug
will have melted and will drain from your vagina. You can
put on a sanitary pad to keep clean.
B﹒要保持乾燥，盡量穿著棉質內褲，避免穿著束褲、褲襪或過緊的長
褲。
In order to keep dry, wear cotton panties instead of a
girdle, pantyhose or tight pants.

B﹒平時少用衛生護墊；月經期使用衛生棉必須勤更換。
Don’t use sanitary pads too often. You have to change
them very often during the menstrual period.
B﹒醫師開的塞劑要繼續使用，不要以為快好了，就停止不用，若月經
量多時，就暫不要使用塞劑；使用期間若陰道感覺不適，如：燒灼
感、刺激感等，或病情未見好轉，再回來就診。
Keep using the vaginal suppositories prescribed by your
