B﹒醫生說你消化性潰瘍手術傷口復原得很好，一個月後再回診就好
了，不過有些事情要注意一下哦！
The doctor said that the surgical wound of your peptic
ulcer is healing well. Come back and see the doctor after
one month. However, there are several things you have to
keep in mind.
B﹒首先要禁煙、禁酒、不要喝含咖啡因飲料，如咖啡、可樂、茶……
等；辛辣調味料如：胡椒、辣椒等，也要避免食用。
First, you cannot use tobacco, liquor, and drinks with
caffeine like coffee, coke, and tea. Also, avoid spicy
condiments, such as pepper and chili.

B﹒要依醫囑按時服藥，切勿亂服成藥，尤其像是阿斯匹靈類等非類固
醇性消炎藥。
Take the medicine as prescribed. Don’t take any
over-the-counter non-steroidal anti-infl ammatory drug
(NSAID), such as aspirin.
B﹒飲食部份，要每天定時定量，用餐時細嚼慢嚥，並保持心情愉快，
還要注意營養的均衡，保持規律的生活及充足的睡眠，才比較不容
易復發。
Keep a regular and balanced diet. Don’t skip or delay
any of your three meals. Don’t eat too much or too little
at a time. Chew your food thoroughly and swallow it
