B﹒你的傷口有引流管，請隨時保持傷口乾燥，紗布清潔，一般而言每
天換藥一次即可。若紗布有滲濕情形，即需隨時更換。
There is a drain in your wound, so please keep your
wound dry and the gauze clean at all times. Generally
speaking, change the dressing once daily, but also
change it if the gauze gets wet.

B﹒想要觀察傷口情況時，請先徹底洗手，並於掀開紗布過程中，切勿
碰觸傷口，傷口仍需保持無菌狀態。
If you want to check the wound, please wash your hands
and make sure that they are thoroughly clean and dry.
Remember not to touch the wound when you open the
gauze. The wound should be kept aseptic.
B﹒換藥時，要先用肥皂將手洗乾淨，先用無菌棉籤沾無菌生理食鹽
水，將傷口上分泌物清除乾淨。
When you change the dressing, wash your hands well
with soap. Dip aseptic cotton swabs in a saline solution,
and then remove the discharge on the wound.

B﹒之後再用無菌棉籤沾優碘藥水，以傷口處為中心，由內往外環形擦
拭（半徑至少比傷口寬5公分），千萬不要來回反覆擦拭哦！
Then, clean the wound with aseptic cotton swabs and
iodine in a concentric way, inside out. Shall cover the
whole wound with at least a 5 centimeter margin in radius.
Remember not to rub the swab back and forth on the
wound.
B﹒最後再用棉籤沾生理食鹽水擦拭引流管前端後，再以水溶性優碘擦
拭前端一次，再用紗布包起來就可以了。
