Keep doing suffi cient exercise or sports, such as
gymnastic exercises, constitutional (walk) and stretch
exercises. Remember to keep your mood free and easy,
not to do things suddenly, and to stay calm so your blood
pressure won’t go up.
【狀況五 Situation 5】
A﹒你消化性潰瘍的情形還沒有很嚴重,除了按時吃藥及回診外,有些
日常生活的習慣也要注意。
You have a peptic ulcer but it’s not too serious. Take your
medicine and see your doctor regularly, and be careful of
your lifestyle.
B﹒避免刺激性食物,如:煙、酒、咖啡、調味料,養成良好的飲食習
慣。三餐定時定量,細嚼慢嚥。
Avoid stimulants, such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee and
spices. Follow a healthy diet and don’t skip or delay any
of your three meals. Don’t eat too much or too little at a
time. Chew your food thoroughly and swallow it slowly.
B﹒此外,生活要規律,避免緊張。進食前後要有卅分鐘之休息,避免
過冷過熱,纖維太粗及生食,如有吐血、腹痛加劇、解黑便等危急
狀況,要立即返院診治。
Also, keep a regular lifestyle and don’t get nervous.
Take a thirty-minute rest before your meals. Avoid eating
food that is too hot or too cold, food with tough fi ber, and
unboiled food. If you have some urgent situation, such as
vomiting blood, severe pain in your abdomen, or if your
stool is black, come back to the hospital immediately.
