               doing regular exercise or sports is recommended.
           B﹒不過,在運動前要先作體格檢查,例如運動心電圖,視網膜檢查,
               自主神經檢查等,以確定那一些運動是適合做的。
               However, before doing exercise or sports, do a physical
               examination fi rst, like the tread mill, retina examination,
               and autonomic nervous system examination to make sure
               which exercise or sports are suitable for you.


           【狀況四 Situation 4】

           A﹒小姐,我血壓高有什麼要注意的事嗎?
               Ms., Is there anything I have to look out for regarding my
               high blood pressure/hypertension?

           B﹒你要定期看醫生檢查血壓,最好自己學會量血壓!一定要按照醫師
               指示吃藥,千萬不可自行增減藥量。
               You have to visit your doctor regularly to check your blood
               pressure. Maybe you’d better learn how to measure your
               blood pressure yourself. Take the medicine your doctor
               prescribes and don’t reduce or increase the dosage without
               his advice.
           B﹒少吃肝、豬油等高脂肪食物,炒菜改用沙拉油,可適量吃瘦肉、豆
               腐等,鹽的量要減少為原來的一半。
               Avoid eating high fat foods like liver or lard and fry your
               vegetables with vegetable oil. Eat suffi cient lean meat and
               tofu. Cut half the consumption of sodium.

           B﹒要持續不斷的做適量運動,如體操、散步、伸腰等;要記得維持輕
               鬆的心情,凡事不急不躁,心平氣和,這樣血壓才不會上升。
