【狀況一 Situation 1】

A﹒XX先生／小姐，輪到你看診囉！麻煩你的健保卡給我，謝謝！
Mr./Ms. XX, come into the doctor’s offi ce, please. Can I
have your NHI card please? Thank you.
A﹒看完診後，請你拿單子去一樓的批價櫃檯繳費，繳完費後去二樓X
光室照個片子，之後再回來這裏。
After seeing the doctor, take this printout to pay at the
cashier on the fi rst fl oor. After paying, have your X-rays
taken on the second fl oor, then come back here.

B﹒請你拿單子去一樓的批價櫃檯繳費，繳完費後到隔壁的檢驗室抽
血，就可以去藥局領藥了。
Please take the printout to the cashier to pay your fees
fi rst. After paying, let them draw blood for a blood test in
the Laboratory next door. Then, pick up your medicine at
the pharmacy.
B﹒請你去一樓批價，批價完後記得去藥局領藥哦！
Please pay the bill on the fi rst fl oor. Remember to pick up
your medicine at the pharmacy after that.
