健檢部門常用對話

健檢時

A：請抽號碼牌，依序辦理健檢手續。
Please take an appointment number ticket and follow the
health examination procedure in order.
A：請問您是要做什麼樣的檢查？（勞工體檢／學生體檢／一般健康檢
查／老人健檢／婚前健檢／……等）
What type of health examination you would like
to do? (Labor health examination/student health
examination/normal health examination/elders health
examination/prenuptial health examination etc.)

A：您的公司或學校有提供健檢表格的話，用提供的表格就好了。如果
沒有的話，請到左邊櫃檯旁拿本院的健檢表填寫。
You can use the form provided by your company or school
if there is one. If it’s not provided, please fi ll the form of
the hospital on the left of the desk.
A：需要貼照片哦？請給我二吋半身照片一張。
Are photos required? Please give me one ID size photo of
you (2 and half inches)

A：請先至批價櫃檯繳費後，再回來開始後續的檢查。
Please pay at the cashier fi rst and then come back for the
following health examination.
A：這是您的小便檢體盒，請先至旁邊的洗手間留好檢體後，再回來櫃
檯和我拿您其他的檢驗單。
