DECIDE HOW YOU
WANT TO SAY IT
The reason as to why I placed the methods of saying your
thoughts out in an ascending pyramid, is because, the
difficulty of each method escalates. So will the engagement
you will have with your audience.
Deciding to be informative in your approach with regards to
a subject is fairly easy. It is also generally accepted by the
wider audience.
So as an example, someone asks you,
"What are your thoughts about the current economy?"
You can provide an instantaneous informative response by
saying, "Well, the general sentiment that I've received,
judging from the online articles I've read is that, it's gonna
be gloomy."
Now that's being informative. Easy.
If you want to be influential, you will probably say things
such as,
"From my decade of experience in the financial industry,
and having served over a thousand affluent clients, I can
definitely confirm that the economy is going south."
A bit tougher, cause you will need to back up what you say.
