                                                                  IN THE STREETS OF DOWNTOWN MEDFORD
                                                                                               The   non-profit  organizations
                                                                                               ACCESS and the Downtown
                                                                                               Medford Association are partnering
                                                                                               to bring Dancing and Dining in the
                                                                                               Streets to downtown Medford for
                                                                                               the second year, free  community
                                                                                               events to run in conjunction with
                                                                                               Medford’s 3rd Friday  Art  Walks
                                                                                               in May, June, July and September,
                                                                                               from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
                                                                  Downtown streets and alleys will come alive with the sound of music.
                                                                  Nearby tables allow you to eat and enjoy the entertainment. Choose
                                                                  from the menu, call the restaurant and pay—and VOILA! It's delivered
                                                                  to your table. “And then we dance!” says Lindsay Berryman, Downtown
                                                                  Medford Association representative.

                                                                  The events will take place at different locations each time. The entertain-
                                                                  ment is free and food prices are determined by participating restaurants.
                                                                  Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable canned food to help
                                                                  fill ACCESS’ food barrels. “What an exciting, unique opportunity to
                                                                  help build community and enjoy Downtown Medford, music and deli-
                                                                  cious food, and help ACCESS provide for our most vulnerable neighbors
                                                                  in Jackson County,” says ACCESS Executive Officer Pamela Norr.

                                                                  Dancing and Dining in the Streets will also partner with the Medford
                                                                  Cruise on Friday night, June 15 in Downtown Medford. There will be
                                                                  three concerts that night, one at 5:30, one at 7:30 and the headliner at
                                                                  9:00, all at the intersection of Main Street and Riverside.

                                                                  ACCESS provides food, housing, warmth and other essential services
                                                                  to Jackson County's low-income children, families, seniors and people
                                                                  with disabilities. The Downtown Medford Association is comprised of
                                                                  downtown business owners, property managers and Medford citizens
                                                                  with the sole purpose of revitalizing Downtown Medford.
