UNITEN STUDENTS SHINE

Nur Zafirah and Nurmaizatul Hanim Syafi, Mechanical
Engineering students, PKS-UNITEN 2019 players
and Malaysian Tigress, were selected to participate
in the Europe Tour and Women’s FIH Series Final in
Bandbridge, Ireland. This is one of the testaments that
UNITEN students do not only excel in their academic
but also in co-curricular activities.

HUAWEI MALAYSIA SEEDS FOR THE
FUTURE 2019

A UNITEN student, Ahmad Danial ‘Irfan Husain,
was among the top 10 university students selected
to participate in the Seeds for the Future program.
The selected students had the chance to undergo
a two-week study trip in China which exposed them
to Huawei’s headquarters, research facilities and ICT
training.

MYDRONEX UNIVERSITY
COMPETITION

17 June 2019

The Electrical Vehicle Association (EVA) represented
COE in the MyDroneX University Competition and took
home RM10,000 and a year of commercialize support
and contract with the Futurise. Their upcoming project
will witness the collaboration of the association with
other drone companies in making UNITEN a drone
hub for teaching, research and recreational purposes.
