Freedom of Information
The DTI strengthens its commitment to uphold the right to freedom of
information as promulgated in Executive Order No. 2 (series 2016) that
operationalized in the Executive Branch the people’s constitutional right to
information. Towards this end, the DTI has established procedures to guide the
public in requesting for information. The DTI will nevertheless continue to
undertake measures that fosters transparency and accountability in engaging its
stakeholders.

ISO
is imperative to further enhance DTI’s systems and processes to continuously
adhere to quality and timely delivery of good quality services and, address
citizens’ needs as we strive to exceed clients’ expectations.
