I am currently the Director and CEO of the following companies:

4. CBD Full Spectrum Manufacturers International.

1. Fresh Standard Pty Ltd Botswana.

Fresh Standard Pty Ltd, a Botswana registered Company is the brainchild of Benny de Beer and
owner of a South African based Company named StreetCare, which did a Joint Venture with the
Lesoso Solar Multipurpose Co-Operative Society Limited from Shoshong in Botswana. The
partnership was forged with the plan to start manufacturing the Eco Trolleys (Mobile Business
Trolleys) in Botswana. After the registration of Fresh Standard in 28 June 2017, a workshop was
established in Lobatse (Botswana) and the Industrial Trade License was secured allowing Fresh
Standard to start production.

Fresh Standard South Africa is a 100% woman owned entity which is based in the Free State,
Northern Cape and Gauteng, where it covers a range of industries servicing Local Municipalities
(Councils) and Government Departments. Fresh Standard South Africa has fabrication workshops
in four locations, specialising in construction of Mobile business units which includes Traffic and
Police offices units and Eco Trolleys. Fresh Standard started in the Renewable/Solar space where
it developed, a first of its kind, Hand Cranked home use generator. It has installed over three
thousand solar street lights in across Municipal (Council) districts in the Free State. Fresh
Standard is part a consortium of Companies, where the Main Company is called Fresh Standard
(Pty) Ltd. This enables Fresh Standard to operate in all sectors of the market without any funding
restrictions.
