- Spreaading is obtained via 33 different mmovementss (see figurre 6):

 a) SSpreading of the lateeral blades: Squeezing the handdle and sccrew the
knob to maintaain spreadinng as needed (see figure 7).

 b) TTilting movvement of the lateraal blades: to enlargee the well on the
botttom, use tthe screwss on the left and rright armss: screwingg opens
angularly the bblades, unsscrewing clooses the blaades (see ffigure 8).

 c) LLateral movvement of the selecteed blades: Screwing tthe big black knob
will enlarge the opening, either the central blaade will slidde posterioor or the
2 lateral blades will slide anterior, ddepending oon where tthe retractoor clamp
is fixxed to the table (see ffigure 9).
