e) Locking Safety cap in position

Dry-run testing

• Rotate the handlebar forward to

the horizontal position to lock and
secure the safety cap.
• Press the on/off switch button for a
dry-run test.

• Observe the green light, the orange
light, motor functioning properly,
and the on/off switch command.

Do not use the mill if the mill fails
the dry-run-test.

11. Operating the Bone Mill
a) Check the status of the catch-container,
b) Remove the safety cap,
c) If needed, clean the front and the side rails from deposited bone particulates,
d) Place (do not pack) bone chips in the rotor bone chip container,
e) Install the safety cap and rotate handlebar forward to lock the safety cap in position,
f) Activate the on/off switch for bone milling,
g) Hearing no bone milling sound, re-activate the on/off switch to stop the bone mill.
h) Repeat the above steps as needed.
