Objective

business culture
Dealing with People Face to Face
When we have meeting the people for the first time, we should to have a greeting to them
with a smile and warm welcome and introduction yourself to let them know who you are. You can
give the business cards to them. Then giving the small talk like a short conversation to make the
atmosphere not to be serious before going to your business topic. Finally, when you leave, you
may give a short conversation to say goodbye like see you again next time or hope you have a
great day in order to leave with a good impression.
The Art of Introductions
Introductions The basic protocol of introductions calls for introducing the ‘lesser-ranking’
(considering from socially, professionally, by age or seniority) to the ‘higher-ranking’ person. For
example, from the prince or princess to the ordinary people or from dean to ajarn. And when
introducing people of equal seniority or status, you may introduce any person to the other.
