the sense of active participation among one another. And,
conveying is to send or deliver the information to other people.
The key of communication is to let people understand and
to satisfy the needs and accomplish tasks of people and
objectives of individual lives and work by using the negotiation
skill to meet the satisfied point of communication among
people and goals.
Therefore, good
communication is very
beneficial for people living
together in the society. For
instance, pharmacists
require good communication in order to achieve a desired
understanding between pharmacist and patient, as it can help
to gain the reliability of pharmacists towards patients and that
the patients will be more trustful to pharmacists which mean
a good relationship is formed. Also, patients have a greater
hope to be relieved or cured when receiving the provided
treatment. When they are delivered the correct instruction on using medicine, even with some
special techniques in an understandable communication, they seem to have a better compliance
or adherence to treatment as they probably have a good experience since the first time the
medicine is introduced to them.
There are two basic forms of communication including Non-verbal communication and
Verbal communication. The non-verbal communication seems to be more frequently used with
about 65%, people use non-verbal form unintentionally to express and communicate something
to someone i.e. the feeling of love. Non-verbal form includes facial expressions, tone of voice,
movement, appearance, eye contact, gestures, and posture. While the verbal form involved in 35%
usage, this communication form is described by using words.
We can know how important the communication is by using Components on how messages are
communicated including Tone of voice (the way of saying the words), words, and body language
which make up the largest part among them.
