Introduction
Imagine you have to work in a company where they are multinational, they will have
meetings or group discussion and if you don’t have a group discussion with them, what’s going
to happen? You will look really bad. You will mean nothing to them. They won’t see your existence
and that will hurt your position. We will talk about the process and evaluation of a good quality
of a group discussion. Do's and Don’ts of that we would like you to be aware of.

What is Group Discussion?
Group discussion should have more than 2 people, otherwise it would be a discussion with
your partner, friend or colleague. But when we talk about group discussion it will usually be more
than 2 people, and it depends on how big your team is. We use verbal communication (using
words) and the way you use words can be speaking or writing. When we talk about verbal that
means you need to have content; things that you are going to talk or discuss about. Sometimes
it is leaderless discussion. It means we need everybody’s contributions not only the team leader,
everybody has an equal chance (not just only reserved or just leader). It is also a technique that
